Sounds good, but how can you eat your egg with no soldiers? I couldn’t refrain from commenting.
However, my potassium balance went out of kilter and as I have heart issues, my doctor told me to stop. It’s as simple as colories consumed vs calories used – there is no magic. What is the iDave diet & where can I find details of it?
As soon as you start taking in carbs again and eventually you’ll have to if you plan on staying awake after a jog then the weight will pile back on. I am currently attempting the iDave diet with quite successful results. After 4 weeks I went from 85 to 77 kilo and I have not put any back on since.
Be willing for tests with all germane online functions.
I’m now progressing reasonable well though see my other thread the subject for my run-by-run account so far! What you want to hear is something that will help you make you look like you’re 18 again with no detrimental effect on your long-term health and can be done in 2 days with no discomfort or inconvenience Just munch carrots for the next 6 months? It requires a change to what you’re used to because what you’re used to is what has gotten you fat.
If I do I have them at evening meal on days I’ve worked out so most of the excess glucose is stored as gylcogen in the muscles and not converted to fat. Even then the Doc said I should lose about 5 kilos- sometimes I think they just make it up! If you reduce the calories byyour body will still get enough energy for normal operation, but you will be losing about half a pound per week.

The one and very important thing to say is,you really do have to enjoy whatever training you do eventually do,I’ve trained since I was 18 now 56 and love it as much now as then,I can pretty much tell you what people I see walk thru the gym doors that will very idavf stop coming thru those doors,why,because it ain’t easy,and people that have never done the physical exercise required to give them all the body changes they are striving for soon realise it is not what they are prepared to do to get those changes.
Also, if you have the time, read up and understand what the glycaemic index is about. I have eaten cereal for breakfast for my entire life and I don’t think that will be an easy habit to break, but I’ll give it a try and just MTFU.
